Biography
The leader and founder of the mysterious organization known as Omni-Genesis. Doctor Vatticus is over 500 years old thanks to halting his own aging process when he turned 40. Vatticus is one of the most powerful beings in the known multiverse due to the sheer knowledge he has gained over the years and his ability to apply it. His IQ is unknown because every IQ test he has bothered to take always have him getting the maximum possible score.
He has plans within plans, and because he is in command of some of the most powerful beings in the world who are loyal to him, this makes it very difficult to stop any of his plots. He is the enemy of Babermirza, and one of his greatest rivals is Socrates, another member of Omni-Genesis. Shadowrius also has a one sided hatred for Vatticus, as the doctor apparently tricked him in the past to give Earth a neutral position in regards to the chaos army.
Vatticus has a single power, the ability of micro kinesis. He did not give it a fancy name unlike most of Omni-Genesis. This ability allows him to manipulate small things telekinetically, specifically between the range of an electron to molecules smaller than 1000 atomic mass units. With it combined with his vast knowledge of physics, chemistry and biology, he is able to perform incredible feats. For instance, he can instantly cause a nuclear explosion by splitting an atom, he can manipulate genetics freely, and overall influence tiny events that leads to macroscopic consequences.
Vatticus wants to enact a mysterious event called Operation Terra Nova. Although the full details are unknown, this operation will somehow involve destroying every single Earth in every single universe. However, in order to do so he requires Babermirza's second power that is currently sealed within him. He has been trying to track down Babermirza for the last five years in order to get him back and start the operation.

Vatticus does not believe in luck. He thinks that all events are the result of someone's action somewhere, therefore luck cannot exist.

He has a multi dimensional barrier surrounding him at all times, which can intercept and destroy anything with the intent to bring harm to him. Currently, the only ones who can penetrate the barrier are Shadowrius the chaos lord and number 8 of the Elite Eight.
