I forgot I already had most of this up, which is why this is so early. Anyway, here are the current transformations Elaine can use! On your left is the Quiver Dance, while on your right is the Quiver Dance + Fiery Dance combo.
She can currently hold the Quiver Dance version for 15 minutes.
She can hold QD + FD combo for 4 minutes.
When her time is up, she reverts back to normal. In the second one, her breasts become too heavy to move so she usually just sits on them.
